AZ01 is not a conventional fund, and I don’t intend to make it one. It holds my own capital — no outside investors, no redemption calendar.
I’ve spent my career on both sides of disruption: backing founders with institutional capital, and building a company myself in a market most models ignore. Both taught me the same thing: disruption compounds, and it pays whoever sees the asymmetry early, commits, and waits.
The waiting is the hard part — most capital can’t. Too diversified to matter, too short to hold, too crowded to be early. AZ01 does the opposite.
It owns nothing without conviction — and everything it owns, it holds.
